HARRISON, Maine -- STRATEGY X Inc. (OTCPK: SRGX), homeland security specialists, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Wayne F. Hawkins as their newly appointed Senior Vice President and Director of Operations (SIIM) division, Crestview, Florida. Mr. Hawkins is an established security professional, with over 30 years of experience in physical security, and was rightly chosen for his unchallengeable credibility, vast experience, and exceptional management skills. Along with the daily management of the Crestview operations, Mr. Hawkins' expertise will assist in long term planning; contract negotiating, developing teaming agreements and establishing lasting partnerships. While Strategy X Inc. has already begun developing teaming agreements with several large corporations and small businesses, Mr. Hawkins will add tremendous value to these efforts. Mr. Hawkins will also play a large role in the marketing and business development of Strategy X Inc.

This office will provide cost analysis, cost proposals, vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and assist security managers to develop phased system upgrade plans. Mr. Hawkins will work closely with the Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MSA) Division to incorporate the unique effects-based philosophy that renders all competing security consultants obsolete."

Mr. Hawkins served 20 years in the United States Air Force as a valued member of Security Forces, holding numerous top positions. While serving as the Chief of Security Systems Analysis for Strategic Air Command (SAC), he performed antiterrorism assessments and conducted force-on-force exercises for all SAC installations. He was also hand selected as the "Air Force's best" security risk assessor to join a four-man joint service security team. This team was formed to conduct security assessments for US embassies worldwide in response to the famous bombing in Beirut. Also within SAC, Mr. Hawkins served as the Chief of Nuclear and Aircraft Security, developing security systems requirements to be followed by 50,000 Security Forces personnel for years to come. He also developed the Air Force's first Antiterrorism Threat Condition Program.
