High Liner Foods Announces U.S. Management Change

LUNENBURG, Nova Scotia -- High Liner Foods Incorporated (TSX:HLF) today announced that R.C. Seban has left his position as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company's U.S. subsidiary, High Liner Foods (USA) Incorporated. Henry Demone, President and Chief Executive Officer of High Liner Foods Incorporated, will act as President and Chief Operating Officer of High Liner Foods (USA), until a replacement is appointed.
Mr. Demone said, "We have a team of great people in the U.S. and a clear strategy to deliver growth for our business. I am looking forward to working with them through this leadership transition. I would like to thank Rich for his contribution to High Liner Foods and wish him well in his future endeavors."
