ICT GROUP Announces Agreement with SAP America; Facilities and Operations Management Support for Inside Sales and Marketing and Lead Generation Initiative

NEWTOWN, Pa. -- ICT GROUP, INC. (NASDAQ:ICTG), a leading global provider of customer management and business process outsourcing solutions, today announced that it has signed an agreement with SAP America, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of SAP AG (NYSE:SAP), to provide facilities and operations management support for SAP America's North American inside sales and marketing initiatives.
According to Gregory McStravick, Senior Vice President, Industry Solutions Business Development at SAP America, "We chose ICT GROUP to support our inside sales and marketing and lead generation program because of their operational best practices and over 20 years' experience in utilizing advanced contact center technologies. Under the terms of the agreement, ICT GROUP will provide facilities and operations management support for SAP America's inside sales and lead generation initiative, helping SAP utilize best-in-class technologies and operational best practices for optimal efficiency and performance. ICT GROUP's comprehensive services will include recruiting, hiring and training the sales staff, managing the ongoing operations of the lead generation program and providing systems integration support services, helping to streamline the sales process and ensure consistent, quality results.
