FUSA CAPITAL CORP (OTCBB:FSAC.OB), a US company with interests in the software and other sectors, has acquired FUSA Technology Investments Corp. which is an early pioneer of Internet based video and audio search engine technologies for the consumer and enterprise markets. Under the terms of the transaction, FUSA Technology Investments Corp. will become a wholly owned and operated subsidiary of FUSA Capital Corp.
