Taking place May 16-18, 2005 at Saddlebrook Resort in Tampa, Fla., the three-day conference will be an open and innovative setting for senior executives to share key learnings and insights about the changing role and importance of the call center in today's business environment.

See the Future., Catalyst will feature visionary business leaders from some of America's best recognized companies speaking on issues and challenges encountered in managing the business of the call center. Topics include executing a transformation and change management program, defining critical success factors and achieving your business objectives, effective coaching, building an exceptional call center from the ground up, and more.
Known worldwide for her incredible Olympic performances, Bonnie Blair will serve as keynote speaker. Blair, the most decorated Winter Olympian in U.S. history, is the only female and the only winter Olympian to win five gold medals and one bronze medal in individual events. Her address, entitled "Achieving Your Personal Best," will share how she has transferred the same ideals she faced as an athlete into the real world, and achieved personal success through dedication, balance and the ability to take a risk.
Conference attendees will also be guests of Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) for a site visit to the company's less-than-two-year-old Customer Development Center in Tampa. CCE is the world's largest marketer, distributor and producer of bottled and canned liquid nonalcoholic refreshment. Opened in July 2003 with 50 agents, and led by Vice President Nita Pennardt, the CCE center has grown to house more than 430 agents, generating approximately $1.6 million in revenue per day.
