Hirsch International Corp. Announces Two Executive Promotions

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. -- Hirsch International Corp. (NASDAQ SmallCap:HRSH), the leading distributor of Tajima embroidery systems in the United States, announced today the promotions of Kris Janowski to Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Nick Paccione to Vice President of Operations.

Kris Janowski has worked for the Company since 1987. From 1987 through 1994 he was Sales Manager for the Midwest Region. In October 1994, he was promoted to Vice President of Midwest Sales. In 1999, he was promoted to Vice President of National Sales and most recently Mr. Janowski was promoted to Executive Vice President - Sales and Marketing.

Nick Paccione joined the Company in June 2003 as Director of Information Technology and has served in that position until his promotion to Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Paccione owned an independent consultancy practice specializing in computer network design. Before that, Mr. Paccione was Chief Operating Officer at Healthology, an online health education company, Senior Vice President of Operations for Primedia Workplace Learning and Vice-President of Systems and Technology for the Primedia Information Group.
