IKON Highlights Document Efficiency Insight, Solutions and Services at AIIM/On Demand 2005; IKON ''Document Masters'' Booth Showcases Company's Leadership in Document Management

MALVERN, Pa. -- IKON Office Solutions (NYSE:IKN), the world's largest independent channel for document management systems and services, will present document efficiency insight, solutions and services at the AIIM/On Demand Conference and Exposition from May 17, 2005 to May 19, 2005 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.
IKON's "Document Masters" booth, number 101, will be organized around three themes:
--Insight: IKON document efficiency experts will provide insight into attendees' document management costs and potential projected savings, based on the IKON Document Efficiency Analyzer(SM), IKON's web-based predictive modeling tool.
--Solutions: Attendees can experience a number of document workflow solutions, including best-in-class software and the IKON CPP(TM) 500 color print system, powered by the IKON PowerPro(TM) 500 print server, developed in conjunction with Creo, Inc.
--Services: IKON will also feature an overview of its on-site managed services capabilities. IKON will feature key differentiators, including IKON Service Excellence(SM), IKON's proprietary methodology that guides managed services engagements, and the IKON TRAC Solution(SM), an online system that measures performance to service level agreements in real time.
