Venali Files Second Request for Reexamination in J2 Global Patent Litigation

(Nasdaq:JCOM) with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The second filing requests that the Patent Office reconsider the validity of U.S. Patent No. 6,350,066 to Bobo II for "Systems and Methods for Storing, Delivering, and Managing Messages" in light of evidence not previously known to the Patent Office. J2 Global previously had acquired the "Bobo" patent portfolio from Net Office Solutions in June of 2004.
