NESTLE NESQUIK and m-Qube Team to Reach Target Demographic of Teens and Young Adults; NESQUIK's ''Grab. Gulp. Win!'' Mobile Marketing Program Launches on 40 Million Bottles Nationwide

Business Wire, May 16, 2005

BOSTON -- m-Qube, a leading enabler of mobile marketing technology and services, today announced that it has teamed with NESTLE(R) NESQUIK(R) to deliver an integrated mobile marketing promotion. The cross-carrier, mobile marketing program combines gaming, mobile phones and music affinities to engage teens and young adults in an instant-win game.

The NESQUIK instant-win game, called "Grab. Gulp. Win!" hits the shelf this spring on specially-marked packages of NESQUIK ready-to-drink flavored milk and MilkShakes. Consumers can see if they have a winning package by texting in their Game Code to a unique short code that was set up for this promotion. Prizes include video game consoles, video games, ringtones and music downloads.

The Nestle / m-Qube partnership was facilitated by NESQUIK's promotion agency of record, Publicis Dialog/Los Angeles. "Mobile is an impactful and relevant communications channel for teens and young adults, and Publicis Dialog is pleased to have helped Nestle capitalize on this new and exciting promotional channel," said Mary Puls, Managing Director of Publicis Dialog/Los Angeles.

"More and more smart marketers have recognized the power of the mobile channel to reach younger audiences," said Andrew Miller, Senior Vice President of Business Development at m-Qube. "They can benefit from our proven understanding of mobile marketing and content, coupled with our deep carrier delivery experience and powerful technology platform. This makes it easy for brands and their agencies to leverage the mobile channel and deliver valued content and messaging to consumers."
