Cbeyond Communications Files for Initial Public Offering

ATLANTA -- Cbeyond Communications, Inc. announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.

JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank Securities will act as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering.
