RITA Medical Systems Announces Relocation of Corporate Headquarters; Company Moves from Mountain View, Calif. to New Offices in Fremont, Calif

FREMONT, Calif. -- RITA Medical Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:RITA), a leader in medical oncology devices, today announced that the Company's headquarters were relocated to Fremont, California effective Monday, May 2, 2005. The company has leased the new 14,400 sq. ft. office for a term of five years. The new address is 46421 Landing Parkway, Fremont, California, 94538, and the telephone number is (510) 771-0400.

RITA Medical Systems develops manufactures and markets innovative products for cancer patients including radiofrequency ablation (RFA) systems for treating cancerous tumors as well as percutaneous vascular and spinal access systems.
