Top Industry Executive Joins IN-FUSIO's Supervisory Board; Interactive Entertainment Veteran Executive Jeffrey Lapin Appointed Vice Chairman to IN-FUSIO's Supervisory Board

LOS ANGELES -- IN-FUSIO, the international mobile games publisher and players community management provider, announced today that its shareholders have confirmed the appointment of top industry executive, Jeffrey Lapin as Vice Chairman to the company's supervisory board. Lapin has extensive executive experience within the interactive entertainment industry as the former Chief Executive Officer and Director of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO), and previously, the Vice Chairman, Chief Operating Officer and Director of THQ, Inc (NASDAQ: THQI).

Before working for Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc and THQ, Inc, Lapin was President of House of Blues Hospitality. Prior to that time, he held several senior management positions, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Starwood Lodging Trust (now Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide), a New York Stock Exchange listed company, and its various predecessor companies. Lapin began his career as an attorney at Mitchell, Silberberg & Knupp in Los Angeles. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a JD from Loyola Law School.
