Call Now, Inc. Stock to Be Quoted on Pink Sheets

SELMA, Texas -- Call Now, Inc. (OTCBB:CLNWE) announced that investors may obtain quotations on its common stock on the Pink Sheets and www.pinksheets.com under the symbol CLNW beginning on May 23, 2005. Due to delays associated with a change of auditors mandated by auditor rotation rules under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Call Now, Inc. (the "Company") has been unable to file Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2004 and Form 10-QSB for the quarter ended March 31, 2005 on a timely basis. As a result of the filing delays, quotation of the Company's common stock will not be available on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board after May 20, 2005 but will be quoted on the Pink Sheets.

The Company continues to work on the preparation of the required filings and expects to have them submitted as soon as possible.
