Crescent Real Estate Announces Participation in 2005 NAREIT Institutional Investor Forum

FORT WORTH, Texas -- Crescent Real Estate Equities Company (NYSE:CEI) today announced that it will participate in the 2005 National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts' Institutional Investor Forum being held June 8 through June 10, 2005.
Crescent's Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, John C. Goff, is scheduled to make a presentation at the conference on Thursday, June 9, 2005, at 2:25 p.m. Eastern Time.
