Wireless Matrix Announces US $1.75M Software Agreement with Global 500 Company

RESTON, Va. -- Wireless Matrix Corporation (TSX:WRX):

A major international corporation has signed a perpetual license agreement for Wireless Matrix's FD Exec Remote Data Management applications software for a one-time fee of $1,750,000 USD, Wireless Matrix announced today.

Under the terms of the agreement, the licensee will support and maintain this version of the FD Exec software, which is already in use in their product line, and Wireless Matrix will continue to provide maintenance support for six months from the date of the agreement. Wireless Matrix will also continue to provide communications hardware and network services associated with the operation of the FD Exec software through Wireless Matrix's Mobile Business Unit.
