Coffee Holding Co., Inc. Announces Initial Public Offering

BROOKLYN, N.Y. -- Coffee Holding Co., Inc. ("Coffee Holding") announced today that it is commencing an initial public offering of its common stock. Coffee Holding is offering 1,400,000 shares of its common stock at $5.00 per share. The underwriters have been granted an option for a period of 45 days to purchase up to an aggregate of 210,000 additional shares of common stock from Coffee Holdings to cover over-allotments, if any. Coffee Holding's common stock has been approved for listing on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol "JVA". Joseph Stevens & Company, Inc. is the lead managing underwriter for the offering.
