DecisionOne Hiring Full-Time Technical Support Positions in Its Tulsa Call Center; Career Fair Being Held Today At CityPlex Towers Call Center from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m

FRAZER, Pa. -- DecisionOne announced today its Tulsa, Oklahoma, Call Center is hiring full-time Wireless Technical Support representatives in the next several weeks. DecisionOne invites candidates to attend its Career Fair being held today at the CityPlex Towers Call Center facility from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.
"These positions are essential in meeting growing demand from DecisionOne Remote Technical Support customers, who rely on DecisionOne technical support representatives to handle rapidly increasing call volumes," explains Shae Rath, Tulsa Call Center Director. "Yesterday, we announced to employees that we will lay off approximately 200 customer service representatives in the next several weeks. We strongly encourage those affected employees to apply for the technical support specialist positions and will do our best to place qualified employees in those positions."
