This new product helps IT staffs diagnose, localize and troubleshoot Exchange performance issues by uniquely combining real-time probing and message reporting with historical transaction analysis - providing a comprehensive view of Exchange activity.

Based on the DYS award-winning CONTROL! technology, Email CONTROL! Desktop Edition provides operational insight to accelerate problem resolution, cleanup servers and assess which users are misusing the system. Desktop Edition will be available in late June, is priced at $4,995 per installation and sold directly by DYS Analytics.

Desktop Edition is composed of two critical components:

   --  TrackNOW! - performs real-time analysis by analyzing user
       transactions and creating and measuring its own "synthetic"
       transactions. TrackNOW! reports on the status of selected
       messages and selected end-users. It answers such questions as
       whether the message was actually sent; was it delivered or is
       it in transit; are two servers exchanging email and how email
       is routed through the network.

   --  InvestigateNOW! - provides historical reporting with over 100
       existing reports. It answers such questions as: who is using
       email the most and how much personal email is being
       sent/received, who is sending/receiving from suspicious
       domains and are there abandoned email accounts and mailboxes
       that can be removed.
