Source Medical Solutions Introduces On Demand Training Program to Speed Staff Training and Improve User Proficiency; Addition of ExpressTrain Will Increase Access To Training Resources for Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Physician Practices

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Source Medical Solutions, a leading provider of outpatient information management solutions, today announced the rollout of ExpressTrain, an on-demand video self-training program for users of Source Medical's surgery and physician practice information management systems. All users of these systems will have access to the training tool, which will help ambulatory surgery centers and physician practices to reduce the time and expense associated with the training process.
ExpressTrain is designed to complement Source Medical's existing training program, which is supported by one of the largest implementation, training and support teams in the industry. ExpressTrain offers a higher degree of flexibility over traditional training options, and allows users to complete training at a time and place that is most convenient for them.

Made available to users through a CD featuring short instructional videos, the ExpressTrain program provides an effective platform for learning new modules, receiving continuing education on existing modules or repeating previous training. By enabling customers to conduct training this way, ExpressTrain also facilitates cross training among staff members without the additional cost of on-site training and travel.
