AUSTIN, Texas -- The World Congress on Information Technology (WCIT 2006) announced today that Paul Otellini, Intel Corp.'s President and Chief Operating Officer will join the forum's speaking roster as a keynote speaker. This month, Otellini will become Intel's chief executive officer.
