U.S.I. Holdings Corporation Announces New President of Northern California Operation

BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. -- U.S.I. Holdings Corporation ("USI") (Nasdaq: USIH) today announced the appointment of David E. Estrada as President of its Northern California operation. Through its Northern California operation, USI is a leading distributor of insurance and financial products and services in the West Coast region.
Mr. Estrada joins USI with 20 years of insurance brokerage experience including sales, sales management and recruiting. Most recently, he was a Vice President with MacCorkle Insurance Services and he served as a Vice President at Willis Insurance Services in San Jose, California. He began his career at Guardian Life Insurance Company of America.
Commenting on the appointment, David L. Eslick, Chairman, President & CEO of USI said, "David's depth of experience in operational best practices, new business development and team building will be an asset to USI as we continue our focus on organic revenue growth and margin expansion. The management team joins me in welcoming someone with David's experience and track-record to the USI team."
