1st Silicon (1Si) offers 0.25um, 0.18um and 0.15um logic and mixed-signal technology as well as embedded non-volatile memories, CMOS image sensors, CCD processes and high voltage processes. These technologies are vital in computer multimedia, Internet-enabled applications, DSP-based products, micro-controllers, LCD controllers / drivers, automotive and smart card applications. The 0.25um embedded flash and 0.13um Flash memory processes are currently in production. The 0.15um technology will be available in 4Q05.
