A very nice HOME in West Washington Park -- a popular older neighborhood located just west of Washington Park, one of Denver's fine city parks where many of the homes have been extensively updated and/or remodeled - as has Deborah's.

Schools, shopping, employment and services are available nearby and are readily accessible.
