Fitch Affirms Alestra's Ratings, Revises Outlook To Negative

Alestra provides long-distance services in Mexico since 1997. Long distance accounted for 52% of revenues during the first six months of 2005. Alestra also provides data, internet, and local services. Alestra is 49% owned by AT&T and 51% owned by Onexa. The company brands its services under the AT&T name.
