FOSTER CITY, Calif. -- Health Access Solutions today announced an agreement to provide Regal Medical Group with its Access Express(TM) Internet software for over 400 Regal physicians and over 60,000 HMO and Medicare Advantage health plan members in Southern California. Access Express is a Web portal communications tool that allows affiliated physician offices to perform a wide range of online managed care functions, including eligibility and medical management with expedited authorizations.

Health Access Solutions is the software marketing division of Pacific Partners Management Services, Inc. (PPMSI). Access Express software is currently licensed to manage more than 900,000 health plan members, including Regal Medical Group.
