Wellstar International, Inc. Announces Through its Subsidiary, Trillennium Medical Imaging A Contract With Surgicenters of America Inc

Business Wire, Nov 15, 2005

HOLLAND, Ohio -- Wellstar (Pink Sheets:WLSI) has announced through its wholly owned subsidiary, Trillennium Medical Imaging Inc (TMI) a contract with Surgicenters of America (ASC), headquartered in Plano Texas. The contract calls for TMI's thermal imaging cameras to be initially installed in two (2) facilities operated in conjunction with and or owned by ASC. Each facility initially will have one camera.

ASC is a wholly owned division of Triad Hospital Group. ASC currently operates eight (8) facilities. The initial opening of 2 facilities should be accomplished by the first of January.

This is the first hospital contract that TMI will be implementing. While this will give the facilities additional patient flow, it will also give them a technology that surrounding facilities do not have. The camera gives an accurate and immediate reading for the physician to review for a number of preliminary diagnoses. This will prove beneficial in several areas, such as early detection for breast cancer, pain, rehabilitation, surgical recovery, plastic surgery, and early diagnosis of bedsores.

John Antonio, President of Trillennium and Wellstar, states: "This contract is an excellent opportunity for TMI to demonstrate to the medical community a wide variety of uses. We are extremely excited as to what this contract can grow into. ASC is a division of a major hospital group, Triad Hospitals. Triad owns over 50 facilities and manages another 200. Once we demonstrate the efficiency and usefulness of this low cost image to ASC, we will continue to install our cameras into other facilities owned and managed by Triad. Initially our contract is for two (2) years and calls for an initial 2 installations, with the additional installations to be added monthly to the ASC facilities or affiliated hospitals. ASC has been granted exclusivity for a 10-mile radius for any of their facilities or any they are affiliated with. I see this as a win-win scenario. We have the opportunity to grow into 250 plus facilities, and they have something to offer, that other facilities in the area will not. In addition to this being a showcase for TMI, we also have a tremendous opportunity for revenue. Our contract calls for ASC to remit to TMI approximately 150 dollars per every 200 dollar patient imaging. With only 5 patients a day, being imaged TMI will be earning 750 dollars per day per facility. As you can see, this has tremendous upside of our company and will be one of our priorities in our roll out."
