Accton Technology and IP Infusion Announce Strategic Agreement to Offer Complete Metro Ethernet Solutions; Hardware/Software Partnership Creates Industry's First Source for Turnkey System Development for the Metro Ethernet Market

SAN JOSE, Calif. & HSINCHU, Taiwan -- Accton Technology Corporation, the company that makes partnership work, and IP Infusion Inc., a leading supplier of advanced IP networking software, today announced that the two companies have inked an agreement to produce a range of complete ODM systems for metro Ethernet applications. IP Infusion's advanced switching and routing software suite, together with Accton's hardware and system level expertise, provide OEMs unique solutions to address the complex requirements of the fast growing Metro Ethernet equipment market.
Under the new agreement, IP Infusion and Accton will partner to provide turnkey switching products for telecom equipment vendors and other customers, allowing those customers to introduce products more rapidly with lower R&D expenses.
