ClientLogic Clients Continue to Win Industry Praise for Superior Customer Service; J.D. Power and Associates Recognizes Wireless, Cable/Satellite and ISP Clients with High-Ranking Customer Service Awards

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Harris Interactive Survey Acknowledges Three Clients for Brand Leadership

ClientLogic, a leading international business process outsourcing provider, today announced that J.D. Power and Associates and Harris Interactive have once again awarded ClientLogic's clients with high honors for customer service and brand leadership. ClientLogic's wireless, cable/satellite and ISP clients received customer service praise from J.D. Power and Associates and three clients were recognized for brand leadership in the Harris Interactive Annual Best Brands Survey.

ClientLogic clients received J.D. Power and Associates Awards in the following vertical market categories:

Wireless--one of the fastest-growing nationwide wireless service providers and a long-time ClientLogic client ranked highest in all six regions in the J.D. Power and Associates 2005 U.S. Wireless Regional Customer Satisfaction Index Study.

Cable/Satellite--the nation's leading digital television service received the award for second-highest overall satisfaction in the J.D. Power and Associates 2005 Cable/Satellite Television Service Provider Study and placed second among 14 of the nation's largest cable/satellite companies.

ISP--two ClientLogic clients were ranked as two of the top three ISP providers in terms of customer satisfaction in the J.D. Power and Associates 2005 Internet Service Provider Residential Customer Satisfaction Study.

In addition, three ClientLogic clients were among the top five companies mentioned in this year's Harris Interactive Annual Best Brands Survey for brand leadership. The survey reflects the results of an online survey of 2,339 U.S. adults in which respondents were asked to name three brands they consider the best.
