Tornado Gold International Corp. Secures $500,000 in Equity Financing

RENO, Nev. -- Tornado Gold International Corp. (OTCBB:TOGI) (The Company) is pleased to announce an equity financing commitment of $500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand).
Tornado Gold has secured a non-brokered private placement of US$500,000 consisting of 625,000 units at a price of $0.80 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one full warrant. Each warrant entitles the purchase of an additional common share of the company at a price of $0.85 cents per share for a two year period.
"We are very pleased with our progress and recent acquisitions for Tornado Gold" says Dr. Earl W. Abbott, CEO. "The proceeds of this private placement will augment our working capital in order to further explore our existing properties and finance additional acquisitions in North Central Nevada."
