DATAllegro Selects IBM to Provide Customer Service and Support; Data Warehouse Appliance Vendor Strengthens Offering with 24/7 Support from IBM

Under the terms of the agreement, IBM Global Services will provide DATAllegro customers with first line software support as well as first and second line hardware support. The result will be 24/7 support for DATAllegro's customers worldwide.
