Clayton Holdings, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

SHELTON, Conn. -- Clayton Holdings, Inc. announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. All of the shares of common stock to be sold in the proposed offering will be offered by Clayton Holdings.
William Blair & Company will act as sole book-running manager for the offering, Piper Jaffray & Co. will act as co-lead manager, and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, JMP Securities and America's Growth Capital will act as co-managers.
A registration statement relating to the securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold, nor may offers to buy be accepted, prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
