(NASDAQ:YAKC), a provider of telecommunication services to residential and business customers, announced today its Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Monday, December 12, 2005 at the offices of Adorno & Yoss LLP, the Company's corporate counsel, in Miami, Florida. The record date for the shareholders meeting is October 17, 2005.
