MIAMI -- Latin Recording Academy:

--Myrka Dellanos, Cristian De La Fuente, Daisy Fuentes, Maria Elena Salinas and Tito Trinidad to Present Awards along with Previously Announced Presenters Guy Ecker, Andy Garcia, Eva Longoria, Sofia Milos, and Sofia Vergara

The Latin Recording Academy(R) today announced that Juan Luis Guerra, Los Tigres Del Norte, Kumbia Kings, Julieta Venegas and a special, once-in-a-lifetime performance by Bebo Valdes, Cachao, Arturo Sandoval, Johnny Pacheco, Generoso Jimenez, Ed Calle and other musical icons will perform on the 6th Annual Latin GRAMMY(R) Awards telecast. Additionally, Myrka Dellanos, Cristian de la Fuente, Daisy Fuentes, Maria Elena Salinas, and Tito Trinidad are confirmed presenters. The Latin music industry's premier event will take place on Nov. 3 at the Shrine Auditorium in L.A. and will be broadcast live on the Univision Network at 8 p.m./7c.

Juan Luis Guerra is nominated for two Latin GRAMMYs: Best Tropical Song ("Las Avispas") and Best Christian Album (Spanish Language) ("Para Ti"). Los Tigres Del Norte are up for Best Norteno Album ("Directo Al Corazon"). Bebo Valdes has a nod for Best Latin Jazz Album ("Bebo De Cuba"), and Cachao has nods for Best Traditional Tropical Album ("Ahora Si!") and Best Tropical Song ("Ahora Si"). Ed Calle is nominated for Best Instrumental Album ("Ed Calle Plays Santana").

Presenting awards will be Univision on-air host Myrka Dellanos, actor Cristian de la Fuente, model/actress Daisy Fuentes, Emmy(R) Award-winning anchor Maria Elena Salinas ("Noticiero Univision"), and boxer Tito Trinidad.

Previously announced performers include current five-time Latin GRAMMY nominee Bebe, two-time Latin GRAMMY nominee Intocable, Latin GRAMMY nominee La Ley, and Latin GRAMMY nominee Laura Pausini.

Previously announced presenters include actor Guy Ecker ("La Mentira"), actor and producer Andy Garcia, actress Eva Longoria ("Desperate Housewives"), actress Sofia Milos ("CSI: Miami"), and actress Sofia Vergara ("Four Brothers").

The 6th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards will feature 43 categories, and the three-hour show will be broadcast by the Univision Network from 8 - 11 p.m. ET/PT, supported on radio via Univision Radio (the official Spanish-language radio network of the Latin GRAMMY Awards), and highlighted on the Internet by Univision Online (the official online partner of the Latin GRAMMY Awards) at www.latingrammy.univision.com.
