Marbella Options Acquires Established Marketing Company and Expands Its Portfolio to Hospitality Consultancy

Business Wire, Oct 13, 2005

MARBELLA, Spain -- Leading accommodation only provider on Spain's Costa del Sol, Marbella Options, http://www.marbellaoptions.com has announced that it has recently acquired a majority shareholding in the design and print marketing consultancy "The Art Room".

Marbella Options has long showed its innovation in expanding into new niche markets and creating inventive marketing programs. It recently opened its first US based operation Miami Options (http://www.miamioptions.com) and will soon launch operations in the Arabian Gulf, South East Asia, the Caribbean and South America.

The acquisition, which was finalized on September 30th, heralds the start of strategic plan to not only sell hotel rooms, but also to be involved in the marketing and design on the product.

Nicholas Rhodes, Director of Marbella Options, comments that "We have already shown that our niche business model can move hotel rooms. We have now been involved in 3 hotel launches, and in just one of them this year we sold more than 4000 room nights. The Art Room is a perfect match for us - they have been in business for more than 8 years and are specialized in producing brochures and print media for the luxury hotel market. With them on board, we can now offer our hotel clients the whole sales and marketing process, from start to finish. The whole job is then seamless, more cost effective, and it just works better, benefiting the hotel and also the guests."

Marbella Options and its associated brands will be exhibiting at the International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM) in Cannes in December.

Marbella Options is part of the Luxury Options Group (http://www.luxuryoptions.com)
