Business Wire, Oct 17, 2005
STAMFORD, Conn. -- OutlookSoft Corporation, the leading provider of unified corporate performance management (CPM) solutions based on the Microsoft Business Intelligence Platform, today announced the formation of the OutlookSoft Global Customer Advisory Board (GCAB). The GCAB will play a central role in steering OutlookSoft's ongoing product and services strategy, with membership open to all licensed users of OutlookSoft CPM(TM) - the company's flagship corporate performance management solution.
The mission of the GCAB is to provide a formalized, collaborative forum for OutlookSoft's worldwide user community, numbering in the tens of thousands, to contribute its collective input, feedback, and direction on the company's award-winning products and services. A group of five board members, elected by the general membership, will lead the GCAB and serve as the administrative body for the organization.
"I'm excited to join the OutlookSoft Global Customer Advisory Board as its first Chairman," said OutlookSoft customer Martin Boden, Group Financial Controller at GUS plc, a London-based retail and business services group. "The formation of the Board underscores OutlookSoft's commitment to customer success by providing real-world users a formalized channel to provide direct feedback and direction on the company's products and services. The GCAB will further ensure that the individual customer's voice is heard."
"The Global Customer Advisory Board serves as an excellent example of our commitment to providing best-in-class solutions and services for our customers," said Phil Wilmington, OutlookSoft CEO. "In line with the stellar results from our recent client survey, which measured client satisfaction at an exceptional ninety-three percent, initiatives such as the GCAB will ensure that we continue to meet and exceed the demands of our customers from a technology, functionality, and services perspective."
