SALT LAKE CITY, Utah -- At the Annual Meeting of the Geological Society of America (GSA), Bruker AXS Inc., announces the launch of GEO-QUANT, trace element analysis solutions designed specifically for geology, minerals and mining applications.
GEO-QUANT is a unique solution that performs quantitative analysis of geological materials right out of the box. Accurate and precise data for 22 key trace elements is provided in less than 30 minutes analysis time.
GEO-QUANT is based on international geological Certified Reference Materials (CRM's) ensuring the highest possible accuracy. This solution incorporates Bruker AXS' experience and knowledge of geochemical analysis in an easy-to-use program, which can be operated by both beginners and experts alike.
A quick and simple sample preparation method is provided and includes all of the necessary accessories. GEO-QUANT utilizes the outstanding performance of the well proven S4 PIONEER X-ray spectrometer. This 4kW instrument is the flagship of Bruker AXS' powerful range of wavelength dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence (WDXRF) spectrometers. WDXRF is a well-established elemental analysis technique used in many process, quality control, and research applications.
The flexible design of GEO-QUANT allows seamless and quick integration into any process or quality control environment.
