PBS Holding, Inc. Announces Date of Annual Shareholder Meeting; Will Elect New Board to Continue Company Business Strategy

SAN ANTONIO -- PBS Holding, Inc. (OTCBB:PBHG) announced that its annual meeting of stockholders is to be held at the Venetian Resort Hotel & Casino, 3355 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV on November 7, 2005 at 11 a.m. Pacific Time. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1) Elect three (3) directors to the Board to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders. 2) Transact such other business as may properly come before the board. All shareholders are cordially invited to attend the meeting. Shareholders of record as of October 14, 2005 who are unable to attend may vote by proxy.
