Avnet Inc. to Present at the Deutsche Bank Global Semiconductor and Semi Capital Equipment Conference and the Raymond James' 2005 IT Supply Chain Investor Conference

PHOENIX -- Avnet Inc. (NYSE:AVT) today announced Ray Sadowski, Avnet's senior vice president and chief financial officer, will be presenting at two technology conferences during the month of November.

Sadowski will be presenting at the Deutsche Bank Global Semiconductor and Semi Capital Equipment Conference to be held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas on Nov. 3, 2005 at 9:15 a.m. Pacific time.

Sadowski will also be presenting at the Raymond James' 2005 IT Supply Chain Investor Conference to be held at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City on Nov. 15, 2005 at 12 p.m. Eastern time.
