Jacada Signs Distributor Agreement with Avaya GlobalConnect

ATLANTA -- Jacada Ltd. Under the agreement, Avaya GlobalConnect will sell, service and support Jacada Fusion solutions to the contact center market in India. The partnership establishes a foundation that should provide significant productivity enhancements throughout Indian contact center operations.
