PriceGrabber.com Appoints Dennis Holt and Christopher McGurk to Its Board of Directors

LOS ANGELES -- PriceGrabber.com, a leader in online comparison shopping, is pleased to announce that Dennis Holt and Christopher McGurk have recently joined the Board of Directors of PriceGrabber.com.

Dennis Holt currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Patriot Communications LLC, a telecommunications service bureau he created in 1990 as a subsidiary of Western International Media. Also, Holt serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of U.S. International Media LLC. Prior to Patriot, Holt founded Western International Media, a media buying service, which became the largest of its kind in the United States. He was Chairman of Western International Media from 1970 through January 2002. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administration from the University of Southern California. Holt currently serves on the boards of two publicly-traded companies -- Westwood One (NYSE:WON) and United Online (NASDAQ:UNTD).
As former Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. (MGM), Christopher McGurk oversaw all operations of MGM from May 1999 through April 2005. McGurk came to MGM from Universal Pictures, a division of Seagrams, where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to his tenure at Universal, McGurk spent eight years with The Walt Disney Studios, including two years as President of the Company's Motion Picture Group. Before Disney, McGurk worked for six years in various finance, sales and planning posts at PepsiCo, before advancing to Chief Financial Officer of Pepsi Cola East. He received a Bachelor Of Science degree from Syracuse University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
