Business Wire, Oct 24, 2005
NEW YORK -- Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. announced that it served as the lead finance counsel in the $1.265 billion Liberty Bond financing for the new Goldman Sachs World Headquarters building in Lower Manhattan. The transaction is the second largest municipal bond deal in New York State this year.
The Mintz Levin team consisted of public finance attorneys: Jonathan Ballan, Gregory Sandomirsky, Robert Senzer and Christina Gable; municipal bond tax attorney Michael Solet; and real estate attorney Steven Friedberg, all of whom played vital roles in bringing the transaction to completion.
