Winston Hotels Announces Date for Third Quarter Results and Conference Call

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Winston Hotels, Inc. (NYSE: WXH), today announced that the Company will announce financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2005 prior to the opening of the market on Tuesday, November 8, 2005.

Also, on November 8th at 10 a.m. (EST) Winston Hotels, Inc. will host a conference call to discuss the results. To hear the call, please dial 888-428-4480.
