PORTFOLIO UPDATES
Barrick Gold Corp. (NYSE:ABX), another newbie, got on board just as the gold train stalled. The stock is down less than one percent. It is very buyable here, but don't be shocked or dismayed if we see a short-term pullback.
Related Results
Jack Adamo and his team's other two new purchases, BHP Billiton Ltd. (NYSE:BHP) and Devon Energy (NYSE:DVN) are actually just doubling of positions they already hold. Devon Energy may take a few weeks to get going if the energy correction continues, but both stocks are still very buyable.
Bunge Ltd. (NYSE:BG) is down about 12% for Adamo and his team, but the stock has fallen on low volume, meaning the "weak hands" and uninformed investors ran away when the company reported problems with the drought in Brazil this summer. The long-term performance is so good for this company and the outlook is so bright, that it is silly to jump ship over such short-term problems.
