Telcordia Selects 724 Solutions' Mobile Virtual Network Operator WAP Gateway, Alerting Platform

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. -- 724 Solutions (Nasdaq:SVNX) (TSX:SVN), a leading provider of next-generation IP-based network and data services, today announced that Telcordia Technologies Inc., a global provider of telecommunications software and services, selected 724's Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) Data Bundle to offer high-quality, differentiated, mobile data services as part of their Hosted Solution for MVNOs. The signing of this agreement was previously disclosed on July 5, 2005.

Telcordia has licensed and is deploying 724's MVNO Data Bundle's Intermediation Proxy, providing WAP 2.0 gateway functionality, and the Content and VASP (Value Added Services Provider) Management solution. 724's MVNO Data Bundle allows for the management and control of traffic flow, access lists and routing for subscribers' data services, and makes it easy for each MVNO's subscribers to easily find, access and pay for premium content. The deal includes the acquisition of initial capacity and implementation services, and the opportunity to grow this over time, based upon adoption.
