COMPTON, Calif. -- Belkin's new TunePower, a rechargeable battery pack, provides 8-10 hours of additional play time for your iPod -- even when the iPod's internal battery is drained. It is currently available in major retail outlets in Mexico.

Ideal for long plane flights, hikes, or for anytime you do not have access to an AC outlet, the TunePower provides 8-10 hours of backup time(a) on all iPod models. Three sleeve sizes are included to accommodate all iPod and iPod mini players with dock connectors. It features a small and compact design with a power-level indicator so you can monitor when batteries are low.
Its detachable DC/FireWire(R) cable, when used with the Apple(R) AC wall charger included with your iPod or any FireWire port, will charge both the iPod and the TunePower simultaneously.(b) The TunePower also features a protective case design to prevent dirt, dust, or impact from damaging the connector.
