CRM Magazine Names DataFlux Market Winner in Data Quality; DataFlux Recognized for Innovation, Leadership in the CRM Marketplace
Business Wire, Oct 4, 2005
CARY, N.C. -- DataFlux, a leading provider of data quality integration solutions, today announced it has been selected as the 2005 CRM Market Winner in data quality by CRM magazine. DataFlux was chosen based on the company's suite of data quality tools that allow companies to analyze, improve and control the quality of their information assets. Winners were announced on Wednesday, Sept. 21, in San Francisco at the Hotel Monaco.
CRM magazine strives to increase the industry's standards for excellence by recognizing companies and individuals who continue to raise the bar in customer-centric solutions, services and initiatives. Since 1997, DataFlux has provided industry-leading data quality and data integration solutions, designed to allow business users and IT staff to work together to achieve and maintain high levels of data integrity.
"DataFlux has worked with companies worldwide to help them understand and resolve customer data problems, often to enhance CRM and customer data integration initiatives," said Tony Fisher, president and general manager of DataFlux. "This award recognizes DataFlux's proven track record within the CRM arena, and we look forward to providing innovative data quality and data integration solutions for our clients in the future."
This year, DataFlux released the DataFlux(R) Data Quality Integration Solution, which allows business users to discover and resolve data quality issues and then implement these business rules in both batch and real-time environments. An innovative service-oriented technology platform reduces the time and resources required to embed data quality processes across an organization.
The CRM Market Leader award recognizes the top vendors in eight categories. Each category includes six CRM vendors (one winner, four leaders and one company to watch), which are selected based on weighted criteria that include revenue, revenue growth, market share, reputation for customer satisfaction, depth of functionality, and company direction. SAS, DataFlux's parent company, also received a CRM Market Winner award for analytics and a CRM Market Leader award for marketing automation.
