Hasbro Acquires Assets of Wrebbit, Significantly Expanding Its Worldwide Puzzle Portfolio; Hasbro to Bring Highly Innovative Puzzles to Global Market

EAST LONGMEADOW, Mass. -- Hasbro, Inc. (NYSE:HAS) today announced the acquisition of the assets of Montreal-based Wrebbit Inc., a leading creator and manufacturer of innovative puzzles. Wrebbit's pioneering PUZZ-3D and PERFALOCK puzzle lines will join Hasbro Games' world leading puzzle portfolio.

The PUZZ-3D line has featured 3D puzzles such as world landmarks and fantasy locations, including the U.S. Capitol, Empire State Building and Eiffel Tower. PUZZ-3D products appeal to all ages and range in difficulty and size from 300 to 1000 pieces. PERFALOCK puzzles are crafted out of flexible foam pieces allowing them to precisely interlock together for a sharp, near-seamless image. PERFALOCK puzzles, can be lifted, carried and mounted without falling apart.
Wrebbit President Paul Gallant will remain a key player in the integration of the two companies' puzzle lines. "We are thrilled to be a part of Hasbro," said Paul Gallant, President of Wrebbit Inc.
