Best Buy Title Sponsor For IGN Entertainment's Live Event, ``IGN Live''

BRISBANE, Calif. -- IGN Entertainment, a leading Internet media and services company focused on the video game and entertainment enthusiast markets, announced that Best Buy is the title sponsor of IGN Live, a two-day event inspired by and celebrating IGN.com's video gamer lifestyle. IGN Live will take place Oct. 22-23, 2005 at Southern California's Anaheim Convention Center and is being produced in partnership with the events company Action Media.

Best Buy will promote the event with in-store signage, print and broadcast advertising and other communication vehicles. During the event, gamers can experience gaming in high-definition television at the Best Buy gaming area.
IGN Live invites gamers to "Be the Game" and play the latest titles from top publishers at hundreds of gaming stations. Participating video game publishers to date include 2K Sports, Electronic Arts, Midway Games Inc., NovaLogic, THQ, Ubisoft and Vivendi Universal Games.
In addition to showcasing the latest games, IGN Live will also feature video game tournaments, the Dolby HD Theater, an exclusive seminar in association with the Game Developers Conference on "How to Break into the Game Industry" and live panels with personalities across video games, movies, music and technology.
