Exhibition Prepares to Open at The New York Public Library's Science Industry and Business Library in New York City
What: Experience Madison Avenue's greatest work in print, radio,
television, and online over the past 100 years, brought to
life within 3D interactive sculptures, at special PRESS
PREVIEW of a new exhibition entitled Opt In to Advertising's
New Age, in advance of its public opening.
Nearly 200 advertisements are featured in the exhibit,
including excerpts from the first real radio commercial -
a 10 minute ad for real estate property broadcast on WEAF in
New York in 1922; the classic "Mikey Likes It" television ad
for Life Cereals that debuted in 1972; and the most
significant online ads to date from advertisers such as Audi,
Coca Cola, Absolut, HP and the U.S. Army.

growth within creative advertising, this exhibit, designed
for all ages, will inspire the next generation of creative
