VitalStream Appoints Jourdan J. Clish as Vice President of Operations; Senior Executive Brings 15 Years Internet Services Experience to Leading Content Delivery Network Provider

IRVINE, Calif. -- VitalStream, Inc. (OTCBB:VSTH), a leading streaming media solutions provider and international content delivery network, today announced that it has named Jourdan J. Clish as the company's vice president of operations.
Clish will be responsible for management and direction of the production environment, design of the network infrastructure and management of the operations team for VitalStream(R), ultimately driving technical leadership and network growth across the company's service platform. Clish assumed his new position on August 29, 2005.
Prior to joining VitalStream, Clish held senior positions in the telecommunications and software engineering industries. He served as the director of data services engineering at telecommunications provider XO Communications in San Jose, where he managed a large engineering team, and was responsible for the integration of personnel during the company's acquisition of Concentric Network Corp. While at XO, he also scaled operations to handle 400,000 customers, and obtained a patent for the invention of a unique Web hosting method.
